Privacy Policy
This page explains what PIQSA collects when you submit an enquiry form, including the limited website context attached to help the team understand your request.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
01
Information you submit
When you submit an enquiry or Apply Now form, PIQSA may receive your name, email address, phone number, education level, qualification or subject, career or study interest, preferred destination, enquiry category, message and the other answers shown on that particular form. Only fields the form asks for are submitted.
02
Website context attached to an enquiry
To understand your request, a consented enquiry may also include the page where you submitted the form, the first page visited in that browser session, a limited list of recent PIQSA pages and on-site search terms, the page that referred you where available, and campaign parameters such as UTM source or campaign. This context is submitted with the enquiry; PIQSA does not store full session recordings through this lead-capture feature.
03
Why we use the information
Enquiry details are used to understand your requested guidance, contact you about that enquiry, route the request to the appropriate team, record follow-up status, and maintain operational records. A form submission is an enquiry only: it is not an admission application and does not guarantee admission, a job, a visa or a counselling appointment.
04
Storage and access
Website enquiries are stored in PIQSA's Supabase database. Access to lead contact details and follow-up records is restricted by database policies to authorised staff and administrators. Campaign attribution and form context are stored alongside the enquiry so the team can understand where it originated.
05
Sensitive information
Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, passport numbers, government identity numbers or the contents of identity documents in the enquiry forms. If documents are needed later, use an explicitly provided secure document workflow rather than an ordinary enquiry message.
06
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit a form. Required fields and consent are shown on the form before submission. For a privacy-related request, use the available PIQSA enquiry channel and clearly label the request as a privacy request; do not send sensitive identification documents unless a secure process has been arranged.
07
Retention and updates
Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, service operations and applicable recordkeeping obligations. PIQSA should apply a documented retention schedule and review this policy as its contact channels, service providers and legal requirements are finalised.
This is an operational privacy notice based on the current PIQSA enquiry flow. Before public launch, review it against the final legal entity details, contact channel, retention schedule, applicable privacy law and any additional analytics or messaging integrations.
