Last updated: 25 October 2026. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests for a paid PIQSA service are submitted and assessed. The service description, total price, delivery scope and any specific cancellation condition must be shown before payment. Different rules can apply to a scheduled consultation, document review, digital deliverable or a fee paid directly to a third party. Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy or consumer protection that is mandatory under applicable law.

Detailed guide

What to know and what to do next

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests for a paid PIQSA service are submitted and assessed. The service description, total price, delivery scope and any specific cancellation condition must be shown before payment. Different rules can apply to a scheduled consultation, document review, digital deliverable or a fee paid directly to a third party. Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy or consumer protection that is mandatory under applicable law.

Step 1

1. Scope and purchase terms

This policy applies only to a paid product or service sold by PIQSA and identified on an order or receipt. Before paying, review what is included, whether delivery begins immediately, any appointment timing, cancellation windows and external charges. A fee paid directly to a university, immigration authority, examination body, translation provider or other third party is generally governed by that provider's terms; PIQSA cannot promise to reverse money it did not receive. An enquiry or account is not a paid order unless a specific paid offer and checkout were shown. Specific purchase terms can clarify eligibility but cannot override mandatory law.

  • Keep the receipt, order ID and terms shown at checkout.
  • Separate PIQSA payments from external provider charges.
  • Contact the recipient of a third-party payment about its refund rules.

Step 2

2. How to request cancellation

Contact us through the Contact page or info@prepiqedu.in using the subject “Refund Request — PIQSA”. Include your name, account email, order or transaction reference, service name and a concise explanation. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs. For scheduled services, state the appointment date and time. For digital or document-review services, state whether work has started or a deliverable has been provided. Requests made after work begins are assessed against the disclosed scope, delivery record, any lawful provider charge and applicable consumer rights. A generic no-refund statement does not automatically decide every case.

  • Use a written channel so the request can be traced.
  • Stop sending additional documents after cancellation unless support asks for them for a stated reason.
  • Keep the acknowledgement or ticket reference.

Step 3

3. Review and processing

We review the order, checkout terms, delivery record and communications. We may request proportionate information needed to verify the order, duplicate payment or non-delivery. We will communicate whether a request is approved, partly approved or declined and provide the basis at an appropriate level. Internal approval is not the same as settlement of funds: the payment provider or bank may need additional time. An approved refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method unless the provider or law requires otherwise. Settlement times vary by bank and payment rail; keep the refund reference and contact us if the amount has not arrived after the timeframe communicated for your transaction.

  • Never provide payment passwords or OTPs during review.
  • Ask for a refund reference after initiation.
  • Report discrepancies with the transaction ID and earlier correspondence.

Step 4

4. Eligibility and consumer protections

Refund eligibility depends on the service, what was disclosed before payment, whether delivery began, the work performed and applicable law. A service can be partly performed before a final document is delivered; this must be assessed against the disclosed scope, not used as a blanket denial. Duplicate payments, non-delivery, technical failure, a materially different service or other consumer-law concerns will be reviewed on the facts. A no-refund term is not automatically enforceable in every circumstance and cannot override mandatory rights. If the provider cancels or cannot supply the paid service, the available remedy is determined by the purchase terms and applicable law.

  • Review service-specific cancellation terms before paying.
  • A no-refund label does not override mandatory consumer law.
  • Request a third-party refund from the party that received that charge.

Step 5

5. Timelines and escalation

We aim to acknowledge complete refund requests within three business days and normally provide an initial decision or explain the further information needed within ten business days. If an investigation or third-party dependency causes delay, we will communicate the reason and next expected update. If approved, a refund is initiated under the order terms and applicable law; banks and payment rails may take additional time to settle funds. If you disagree with the decision, reply with the ticket and transaction reference or email info@prepiqedu.in using “Refund Escalation — PIQSA”. Retain correspondence until the payment is resolved.

  • Quote the original transaction and ticket on follow-up.
  • Escalations should identify the precise issue.
  • The date funds arrive can differ from the date a refund is initiated.

Review requirement: Before enabling paid checkout, confirm service-specific cancellation conditions, total price and taxes where applicable, delivery milestones and customer-facing processing estimates. Do not promise a universal outcome unsupported by the actual workflow.

Frequently asked questions

Are all PIQSA services refundable or non-refundable?

Neither a universal yes nor a universal no applies. Eligibility depends on the particular service, terms disclosed before payment, delivery status and applicable law.

What if I was charged twice or the service was not delivered?

Contact us promptly with the transaction reference and service ordered. We will assess the payment and delivery record under the disclosed terms and applicable consumer law.

When will an approved refund appear?

Banks and payment providers may need additional time after initiation. Use the transaction reference and any timeline communicated for your order.

Can PIQSA refund a fee sent directly to an institution?

Generally the provider that received the payment must decide it under its own terms; PIQSA cannot promise to reverse money it did not receive.
